I neglected to put this photo in the last post and I really wanted to show it to you all. This is a favorite piece of mine by Michaela Groeblacher, who I'm also pleased to say is my friend. I love the shape, the colors, and the wonderful use of a combination of German and English to make the artist's point. Happily for me, and thanks to my old German prof Dr. Jan Van Asselt, I can just about translate it.

One last photo for today...

That's a very unusual and striking piece; my compliments to the artist!
First time I've logged onto Blissful Artist in awhile.....it all looks great! I really liked the apples in the produce section and Tiger in the bowl.....you do have such an eye for beauty, even in ordinary things. A girl after my own heart!
